Production Welder

Responsibilities:

· Prepares surfaces, sets up and assembles parts to be welded

· Tacks and/or welds metal parts together using welding equipment to complete an assembly or finished product

· Sets-up machinery for different welding jobs as needed

· Operates overhead bridge crane & floor jacks

· Reads schematics and drawings

· Uses Oxy-acetylene and Plasma torches for heating, cutting parts off and fabricating parts.

· Keeps equipment and work area, clean and orderly at all times

· Any other duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:

· Must have a strong work ethic with a positive attitude

· Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

· Must have reliable transportation to and from work

· Must be able to meet the physical demands of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation

· Must be willing to learn and strictly follow all company safety procedures

· Must be a dependable person, since you will be an important part of our team

Salary:

· Depends upon experience, and will be discussed during interview.

· Job Type: Full-time
