Responsibilities:
Plans and implements web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company's website(s).
Manages online equipment listings through multiple different sales channels and keeps all of the information accurate.
Develops and expands company's web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.
Oversee the online parts stores inventory, listings, sales, completion and accuracy.
Respond to potential customers inquiries through channels such as Facebook or submitted website forms.
Perform upkeep on the various online applications that the company uses, from user management to billing support.
Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
Work with sales staff to provide accurate and relevant information to them and/or their customers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient in web design or graphic design.
Proficient with Adobe suite or other online design tools.
Proficient in still-shot product photography.
One to three years of related experience.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Degree in Marketing, advertising, or related field.
