Standard Elliptical

Brochure

From lawn service companies to the mining industry, we have a dump body that fits your needs. Featuring our elliptical shaped beds, the lifespan of this bed will outlast the truck that it sits on providing superior endurance.

What sets Tiger Manufacturing's dump bodies apart from our competitors? Above all else, it's our commitment to quality. Next, it's the fact that all of our dump bodies come standard with an installation kit. Our kit comes with everything needed for a basic install.

Our standard sizes are 10', 12', 14', and 16' dump beds and include an air latch swing gate.  Need a color besides white, black, or red? Need an electric hand crank or a high lift tailgate? Not a problem! We have several optional add-ons to choose from.

Specialty

This special, custom built dump truck is not only built for anything that can be thrown at it, but it’s also built with extensive safety features to ensure human error is limited.

This beauty is 23 feet long with 4 additional drop axles to help with weight distribution, along with the tandem axles. The bed is made from high strength AR 400 steel which makes it dent and scratch resistant with tarp included to keep flying material off the highways. The sides of the bed move hydraulically to have easier access to loading pallets or other bulk items.  Safety latches are included on the side folding doors to ensure side gates stay closed during transport.

Other safety features include:

  • The rear drop axle must be extended for the tailgate and tailgate latches to function.

  • The bed will not rise unless the tailgate is open, ensuring materials fall freely out of the bed.

  • There is also a safety limit switch that will keep the bed from overextending the hydraulic cylinder.

  • RPMs of the truck are limited when the PTO is engaged to insure proper hydraulic pressure, and hydraulic flow.
