DOT 407/412/SP12516 COMPOSITE FRP TRAILER

Our two compartment FRP trailer holds an impressive 5,350 gallons, split evenly at 2,675 gallons for the front and rear. The single compartment version holds just a little more coming in a 5,400 gallons. The inside is lined in 907 SC vinyl ester carbon/C-Veil liner and is MEKP cured. The full vacuum working pressure sits at 35/PSI and utilizes a UMHW manifold system for maximum efficiency. Each compartment comes with a 2” valve (air to open/spring to close) with 3” Girard vent valves. Also included are two 18” FRP bolt-down full opening manways for easy access in any situation.

This tank sits on a Ridewell air ride suspension system which pairs nicely with the two 50,000 lb. landing gears on the front. Along the sides we include a walkway and ladder with handrails, hose racks on the curbside and a 4’ by 8’ bumper for the rear.

This product meets all required DOT specifications.
